When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. Estimated arrival / lead times are:

1-2 weeks for in-stock equipment that ships directly to your home and requires self-installation

3-4 weeks for in-stock equipment that includes professional delivery, set-up, and installation in your home*

4-8 weeks for items that are out of stock, special order, or pre-orders**

* In-Home Assembly requires multiple steps:

3-7 business days after your order ships, the equipment will arrive at your local freight terminal.
Once it arrives at the terminal, you will receive a call or text from the carrier to schedule a time to deliver the shipment to your garage.

Once the shipment is delivered, a separate installation company will contact you within 3-5 business days to schedule your assembly for the first available appointment time they have that works for you.
