Who do I contact for service?
If you purchased your product from one of our stores or our website, please reach out to your local store or via our contact us page and include your model number, serial number, purchase date, and a description of the issue. We may also request photos or videos of the issue for warranty claims.
If you purchased your product from another website or local dealer, please contact the dealer or reseller you purchased from.
